Nearly one-half acre of the house's original property remains, providing visitors with charming gardens, outdoor entertaining spaces, a boutique vineyard and the farm's original tank house. The main house offers a formal living, dining, eat in kitchen with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guest cottage offers separate sleeping and bathroom.
This historic property offers a special respite for those travelers interested in a quiet, private home in the Historic downtown of Sonoma. Just a quick walk to shops, museums, historic sites, tasting rooms and world-class restaurants, you can spend each at your own pace and without a car. The home is also centrally located in the heart of the Wine Country, within easy reach of the Sonoma Valley, Napa Valley and vineyards of Santa Rosa, Healdsburg and the Russian River.
Our guests have access to most amenities on site. We do have a separate $35 fee to access the laundry room. We do not offer access to on-site accessory structures and storage areas, such as the water tower. The owner has a private hot tub which is not a feature advertised. This remains locked to guests.

Local Managed - The owner lives next door and is available to provide help, assistance and offers greeting at check in time.

Sonoma Farmhouse has on-site security cameras along it public street for added security and safety.
Reservations can only be made by persons staying on-site and who are over the age of 30. To confirm a reservation a completed rental agreement and rental deposit will be required a copy of this rental agreement is available through the rental manager and owner, Bob McDonald.
