The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8-9 comfortably. Tree & Sea features two separate living areas (both with lounges, TV and DVD), two modern bathrooms (one with large corner bath), eat in kitchen, dining table perfect for entertaining and great outdoor spaces. The house suits two families holidaying together, and happily accommodates young children and adults whilst ensuring that everyone has the space they need. The adjoining natural bushland creates a stunning backdrop, the fabulous rear deck is the ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach with it's lounge and BBQ. Fully fenced with grassy front and back gardens, Tree & Sea is dog friendly and the back garden features a shady pergola which is the perfect spot for lunch. The outdoor hot shower is very popular when returning from the beach. The house features large windows throughout to let in the light and garden views.

The fully fenced garden provides privacy and makes the house perfect for young children and dogs. The garden also features a shady pergola with a table that seats 8-10 and a deluxe dog kennel.
Other things to note
Callala Beach is a stunning, quiet beach that is perfect for children. It is a one minute drive or 8 minute walk (at small children pace!) from the house. The beach is dog friendly. Surfing beaches are close by at Culburra and Currarong.
The area is perfect for fishing, boating, surfing, diving, snorkelling, dolphin and whale watching tours (from Huskisson) and bushwalking.
Other local attractions include the Callala RSL Country Club and golf course at the end of the street.
Nearby Callala Bay has a range of shops including an IGA supermarket, butcher, bakery, fishing supplies, chemist and bottleshop. There is a Woolworths at Culburra and a large selection of shops for any other needs in Nowra.
Cinemas are not too far away at Nowra and Huskisson. A visit to Greenwell Point is worthwhile for fresh oysters.
Terms and Conditions of Tree & Sea
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Payment of the rent constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
The property has the following provided for guests:
4 Single beds, 2 Queen size beds with all sheeting, pillow slips and blankets.
8 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face washers, 2 bath matts, 4 tea towels.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for the next guests. When possible we will allow an early check-in (10am) and late check-out (4pm) however this is dependent on other bookings and we will only be able to confirm this closer to the actual dates. Please assume check-out time is 10am unless we advise otherwise.
If you are bringing your dog(s) they are welcome however please ensure they do not climb or sleep on the furniture (inside and outside lounge) or beds.
Please pick up any dog droppings from the garden area.
We also ask that after using the barbecue it is left clean for future guests.
Please note there will be an extra cleaning charge if these requests are not done.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
A bond of $500 is payable 14 days before the booked dates. The Bond will be refunded 2-3 days after your stay in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
When paying the bond please provide the following for refunds to be processed;
Account name, BSB & Account number.
In consideration of other guests, all dog droppings are to be picked up from the garden before departure.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
I enjoy nature, the natural world. Yes we need cities and towns however the bliss of nature, be it; on the coast, sailing in the middle of the ocean, trekking through the bush, on a farm, high up in the hills breathing super fresh air; that is where it's at in my opinion.
