Our house is designed to give you a place to relax and rest after enjoying our city! As you enter, you may want to stop on the porch for a little reading time in a rocking chair. As you walk through the front door, you'll step into a living area with a big comfy couch and a large flat-screen TV. Then you can choose which bedroom suits you best, a king, queen, or twins, each with quality bedding and mattresses. If you choose to cook a little in the kitchen, you'll have what you need- pots, pans, utensils, and dishes.
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds
You'll have access to the entire house including a full kitchen, eating area, and a fenced backyard.
We have a long driveway that accommodates 3-4 cars easily.
Interaction with guests
Have questions? Need anything? We're only minutes away to make your stay a good one!
But we assume most guests want privacy on their vacations. So, you'll be free to check-in on your own time schedule and can just let us know if you need anything while you're here.
Other things to note
Nashville requires rental permits for short-term rental properties. Our home has one so you're staying in an inspected, Nashville-qualified property!
We love our city and we love our house. We want you to love it too. So, please respect our space by not smoking or bringing your pets. Although, we love animals, we don't love some of the messes they leave behind. Also, no wild parties. Save that for Broadway.
From Dec 01, 2017 - Dec 31, 2018 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
We're Nashville locals who enjoy a good run, good food, good reads, and visiting great places. We love our city and love raising our family here! When we're not in Nashville, we've probably headed to a beach somewhere. It's the only thing Nashville is missing!
