This place is absolutely stunning. It's perfect spot for a wonderful trip and Katarina couldn't be a better host.

Katarina's place was nice and in a lovely setting. She picked me up from the ferry and showed me around the place. It was just a 15 minute walk back to the ferry. Thanks!

Katarina's place is in a fantastic location in the old city harbour. There is a small public beach just by the property, and access to a lovely shared garden (not directly attached). We got picked up at the ferry, which was very helpful, as was access to a washing machine. We had bad luck with the weather, and unfortunately on rainy days, we found the flat a bit too small and dark. We had some trouble with wifi, and noise from our neighbour's AC unit which seems to be just outside on the wall by the bed. The decor/kitchen equipment was quite tired. The flat would probably be great if you're out and about the island and eating out but less suitable if, like us, you are planning to self-cater and spend a lot of time in the flat.

We were looking for a last minute accommodation to extend our stay in Vis; Katarina replied straight away, providing us with helpful directions and offered a pick up from Vis city centre. She also allowed us to check in earlier, which was very convenient with our luggage. The studio itself is located in Kut, a part of Vis city (walking distance approx 20 - 25 mins from the ferry) in a beautiful old building, with a great inner courtyard and garden. It is directly next to the water, and there are some very nice cafes and restaurants closeby. The room was very clean and comfortable; we will definitely go back when we're in Vis!

Katarina's place was perfect from start to finish. She was kind enough to meet us at the ferry and bring us to the lovely studio. The place itself was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of character being in old palace. The photos didn't do it justice. Waking up and hearing the water was pretty special. The location was ideal, very close to numerous bars and restaurants, yet removed from the more bustling parts of Vis Town. 10 minute walk to a quiet swimming beach. Overall a superb stay on a gem of an island and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Vis is a small island. Therefore if you are looking for accommodation away from the madding crowd, i.e., away from central Vis, yet within a 10-15 min walk to restaurants and shops, then this is your ideal secluded-castle-within-the- courtyard-with-the-sea-as-a-backdrop oasis. Interiors wise it is fairly basic but very clean and very well equipped, from a panini maker to washing machine to hair dryer. Cooking is very doable. You can also enjoy a nice home-cooked meal in the garden under the umbrella shade or take a dip practically outside your door. Katarina picked me up from the ferry and was very nice. Internet was the only small issue (stopped working my last day and half) but overall, I would definitely recommend and would come back and stay again.
