Don't be fooled by the name, the NZ Summer house is idyllic all year round. Set on an equestrian lifestyle property down a quiet country lane. Open your bedroom doors to the relaxing pool area or private outdoor courtyard off the bedroom and enjoy a cup of coffee with the sounds of nature.

30 minutes from the CBD and close to award-winning restaurants, vineyards and the west coast beaches.

Bring your walking shoes or bikes, we are within walking distance to the Riverhead forest.

The space
A stylish, equestrian lifestyle property down a quiet country lane. Be welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate.

Beautifully situated, the NZ Summer House is an open plan, one bedroom studio with a king sized bed and luxury linen. Large rustic barn doors close off the bedroom affording you full privacy. An open plan lounge / kitchen area featuring soaring vaulted ceilings and bi folding french doors lead out to the pool area, which is yours for the duration of the stay. A more private patio / courtyard area is accessed from large bi-folding french doors from the bedroom. Here sits an outdoor bath, loungers, hammock barbecue and an outdoor fireplace area.

Our guest house is adjacent to our main house where we live, please refer to photos to see the relationship to the main house. Our guest house can be used for photo shoots POA and can be arranged by contacting Deidre.

Please note we do not cater for weddings or wedding parties wishing to get ready at our property.

Guest access
A path leads around the back of the main house through to the front door of the guest house.

We have a dog on site ,she is a boxer and super friendly,her name is Shelby ,if your afraid of dogs please let me know 😊
