My sister, her boyfriend and I had a great experience staying with Victoria and Paul at Casa Dulcinea! We were in town for a couple of days for a reunion event and were not able to spend much time at their beautiful home. However, Victoria welcomed us warmly and provided advice on restaurants. We found out that we had a lot in common and had some wonderful conversations. The home was immaculate and filled with books and interesting art and memorabilia. We did not use the pool or spa because of time constraints but they looked very inviting. We hope to stay at Casa Dulcinea next year!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding during and Victoria and Paul's place was perfect! Victoria first helped us check in and she was so sweet and accommodating! They let us use the pool which was SO awesome! They had everything we needed: towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, tea, AC!!! I emphasize AC because we visited probably during the hottest time of the year and it was great to cool down inside. We were only there for a night but I feel like we should have booked another night at least!!! It was so perfect!

We were delighted to stay in this lovely home for a night and felt welcomed and comfortable. We were fortunate enough to be there when the jasmine was blooming and spent time enjoying the beautiful private yard and hot tub at night. It was a quick trip and both of us would have liked to have been there a few more days simply to spend some more time in such beautiful surroundings.

The photographs do not lie; this is a top notch location and finely groomed inside and out. The saltwater hot tub is wonderful after a long flight, a day out hiking/sightseeing, or just devise an excuse and hop in. I am born and raised in this area and it was a lot like coming back to my original home. Failte hospitality, as the Irish would say. Don't neglect to scan the bookshelves; this is catnip for a bookworm such as myself. The property backs up to open land essentially, so it's very very quiet except for birdsong[!] ;) First rate. Finally, thanks very much to Paul and Victoria for being so welcoming to me and my nephews who came to visit; I received extra avuncular bonus points for choosing to stay with you all. I hope to visit again soon!

Victoria and Paul...thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It was the perfect place for my son and I to stay while I visited CA during his internship. He loved the fact I could cook him a couple of home cooked meals. It was 5 miles from a hiking at Topanga Canyon State Park which we thoroughly enjoyed and 10 miles to Pacific Coast HWY in Malibu where we enjoyed the pier and a long walk on the beach. Two places we wanted to visit during our stay. My son loved the fact you had two pianos he could play during our stay...he has been missing playing being so far from home. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fact we could just relax and enjoy your home. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Welcome to Casa Dulcinea! We love to entertain, cook, read, and share our home and love of this area and Southern California with our guests.

Our house is large and private -- a place where you can share a comfortable conversation or be as private as you like. Relax next to the fire, or unwind in the hot tub. This is a fine place to do it.

We understand the challenges of travel -- and can be helpful advising you how to enjoy your stay in Los Angeles. We're avid hikers, museum goers and we know all the great restaurants in the area -- casual and otherwise.

Most of all, it's good to be comfortable and feel at home, even when you're away... Come visit!
