Please note, these properties are not wheelchair accessible. Free parking is not available, although a permit can be arranged if required. This must be requested in advance of your stay.

The nearest shopping centre features a Waitrose, Co-operative Bank and Next store, and is just a 5-minute walk away. There are also a number of bars and restaurants nearby. Local travel networks include a 4-minute walk to the National Express bus stop, and a 10-minute walk to the train station.

Other things to note
Other things to note are that high-speed free Wi-Fi is available for all guests free of charge. Guests may check in any time after 3 pm on the day of arrival and may check out any time before 11 am on the day of departure. Guests wishing to check-out after 11 am without arranging later check-out in advance will be subjected to an additional fee of 40 GBP per hour for every hour, or pro rata for part of an hour. If a late check-out is approved by Peymans at the time of booking, the cost is 20 GBP per hour. Check-ins before 3 pm and after 8 pm are subject to an additional charge of 30 GBP.

Standard check-out time is up to 11am. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of 20 GBP an hour. If you are late checking out without prior agreement, you will be charged 40 GBP an hour.
A security deposit of 150 GBP is required upon arrival for incidentals as a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. It may take up to 10 working days for the security deposit to be released back into your bank account.
Check in times for last minute bookings will most likely have a one hour lead time post payment processing and timing is subject to availability
Parties are not allowed. A larger security deposit of up to 1000 GBP per apartment may be required for group bookings of more than one unit.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
