This clean and spacious two-bed apartment is on the 3rd floor of a small block of 3 holiday flats. Newly refurbished, this apartment has two double bedrooms and one bright spacious kitchen/lounge with double sofabed. Towels, bed linen and Wifi included. The space

Our historic, architecturally listed building lies on the south-eastern corner of Covent Garden. It contains three apartments on 1st 2nd and 3rd floors. Each is arranged to provide two bedrooms (sleeps up to 6). It lies within a few minutes’ walk of Covent Garden, and is close to London’s Theatreland. The shops on Strand and the River Thames (with the London Eye) are within a few minutes’ walk. The nearest Underground Station is Embankment and numerous bus services run along the Strand. Covent Garden lies in the heart of Central London and was originally home to London’s fruit and vegetable market. It is now the hub of London’s Theatreland and other important entertainment venues, the most important of which is the imposing Royal Opera House in Drury Lane. Most venues lie within five to ten minutes’ walk of our apartments. There is a bar on the ground floor so please be advised that music can be heard late in the evenings, mostly at weekends.

Guest access

The apartments are operated by a key code and the keys are kept on site in a key safe. Within a few days of arrival, the codes will be emailed to you.

The total number of people who will use the Apartment (including You) must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation as advertised on Our website nor must the total number of people staying overnight in the Apartment exceed the number of people You advised Us would be sharing the Apartment when You made Your Booking. Babies under two years of age will not be counted as members of Your party.

The Apartment
We will advise You of the check-in and check-out times of Your booking within Our email confirmation. You agree not without our prior permission to either enter the Apartment before the check in time, nor leave it after the check-out times advised to you. You and those others who share the Apartment with You agree to keep the Apartment clean and tidy and to leave it in no worse condition than You found it when the Booking commenced. You agree not to use the Apartment for any illegal or commercial purpose (which shall include not allowing anyone else to use the Apartment whose identity You have not previously advised to Us). You agree to be responsible to the Owner for all costs relating to breakage of or damage to the Apartment, furniture or equipment howsoever caused and for any consequential costs. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of remedial work to the Apartment, for replacing furniture and/or equipment. We reserve the right to enter the Apartment during Your Booking (without prior notice where it is not possible to advise You beforehand) for routine cleaning and housekeeping and also in the case of special circumstances or emergencies.

Unreasonable Behaviour
We reserve the right to cancel the Booking if the unreasonable behaviour of You or anyone sharing the accommodation with You is considered likely to spoil the enjoyment, comfort or health of any other guests, residents or people in the same or neighbouring buildings. In these circumstances no refund of the Booking cost will be given. We may, at our sole discretion, deduct consequential charges arising either directly or indirectly from unreasonable behaviour against the security deposit.

The flat was amazing and close to everything. All of the tube stops and the best pubs were just a stones throw away. The flat was neat and organized, beds were comfortable for 2 people in the six foot range. The initial access of the flat was a breeze! However, be ware that there are a ridiculous amount of stair everywhere in the UK and that includes this flat as well. I have a knee injury and by the end of my week stay I could barely walk up the stairs at the end of the night. Other than that, great place

Great accommodation within walking distance to the major visitor attractions in Central London. There is a lively atmosphere in the local area. We would definitely use again if visiting Central London.

Great location, great access to theaters, shopping, restaurants, etc. Sarah was a great host! One minor inconvenience is the late night noise from the bar down below...but after a long day of seeing London, we sacked out quickly.

We were 2 mothers traveling to London with our 13 year old daughters. Location was excellent for everything we wanted to see and do! The flat was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint was the noise and patrons from the bar downstairs. One found his way up to our unit hall and later that night someone vomited on the carpet in the main hall. This was never cleaned up during our stay.

Everything about the stay was great! There was 6 of us and we all fit comfortably however I thought the bedrooms were a little smaller in person than the pictures but still clean and ready to go. Easy checkin and the location couldn't be better.
