Very cute apartment (56m2) - Ideal configuration for families or group of friends wishing to visit Paris.

The space

** Few changes in terms of decoration, the living room changed a bit since those pictures. The sofa isn't a corner convertible but a simple one (very comfy though), and we got some new furnitures and objects "chinés" in flea markets :) Very cute apartment (56m2) - Ideal configuration for families or group of friends wishing to visit Paris. To sleep: - 2 bedrooms with double bed, very confortable, cute and perfectly quite. - 1 living room with sofa The capacity of the apartment can vary from 2 to 5 people in total if needed. The two rooms are at the opposite side of the apartment, ensuring good privacy. To enjoy: - 1 fully equipped kitchen separated from the living area by a long bar (washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, freezer, blender, etc.) - 1 large bathroom with bathtub. - Wifi, flat screen TV, DVD / blu-ray, cable TV. - 3rd floor + intercom + elevator Our lovely nest overlooks a nice courtyard so it is very quiet and bright. It is perfectly situated: - Sided les Quais de Seine and its players of "pétanque : two cinemas "arthouse" MK2, barges, brasseries, bars, restaurants, concert halls, to discover Paris by night and day. - 20 minutes walk and 5 min by metro from Montmartre, between Pigalle and Belleville and 10min walk from Buttes-Chaumont and the Parc de la Villette. - In the heart of essential lines of metro (lines 2, 5, 7), and 45min from Charles De Gaulle Airport by RER. We arranged our apartment so it is as welcoming as possible by mixing a fairly simple and sleek furniture to antiques from flea markets in Paris. The bar in the lounge promises endless discussions during meals, you can be certain!

Space was good to accommodate 5 people. The kitchen and living room was perfect for socializing. We had a very warm welcome and check in despite our late arrival. Grocery stores and bakery very close and just few steps from the Metro station Stalingrad. We had a fun and comfortable stay in Paris :)

We are a family of five and Anais and Vanessa's apartment worked very well for us. The young ladies were quick to respond and helped us with directions. The apartment is steps away from the subway and a 15 minute walk to the train station. We found a grocery store anda slew of restaurants right around the corner. A scenic canal runs very closeby and is quite a social hangout. The apartment has two bedrooms with beds and a couch that pulls out to a bed. The kitchen had fridge. Range, oven, microwave etc. The bath had plenty of hot water. The only caution is a small elevator or three flights of stairs to the apartment. Thank you ladies for sharing your home.

The girl's apartment made our stay in Paris just perfect. It's very convenient for 4 people with 2 separate bedrooms, you have total privacy. Shared living room and kitchen were great for having breakfasts and late night talks. The location is convenient for going to CDG airport , to the city center 15 min on a metro, also 15 min of a slow walk to Montmartr. Girls responded very fast to all my messages and that's really important, and made our check-in & check-out flexible. Ask me if you have any questions about girl's apartment ,i can totally recommend it . Thanx V&A for a great stay;)
