This was the perfect getaway cottage for exploring PEI. We loved being out of the city and exploring the beaches and charming places on Point Prim. Thank you Peter and Wendy for a providing the perfect Prince Edward Island experience!

We had a great experience! The guest house was charming and all of the additional touches like farm fresh eggs, fresh cut flowers and vegetables out of Peter's garden made it even more welcoming. And, we loved the location! We did a lot of sightseeing seeing and visiting tourist spots so it was great to come back to a quiet and peaceful home at the end of the day. I think my daughter's favourite thing was exploring the beaches near by during low tide and collecting shells. It's all thanks to Peter and Wendy!

Wendy and Peter's cottage was such a lovely place that met all of our needs - kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, three beds, Wi-Fi, TV with cable, and the Anne of Green Gables dvd! We didnt have time to take advantage of the outside grill or bikes though. A short walk to the Point Prim lighthouse or to the coastline, it had amazing views. My sisters and I loved staying here and it immediately felt like home. Wendy and Peter were incredibly friendly and welcoming and their dog was super sweet! It wasn't too far from some of the tourist spots - about 30 minutes from Charlottetown and 1 hour from some if the Anne of GG's tourist spots. We can't wait to come back!

They were very helpful with suggestions and ideas during our stay. Anyone thinking of staying in this area of PEI would do well to book with them!

I ended up going in later than scheduled checkin time. Peter had the place ready so I could get in whenever I came. He stopped by in the morning to check in, got some tips for places to explore and eat, it was a pleasure talking to him. There is this path right from the home that goes to the beach. A beautiful red beach that is mind blowing at low tide. I ended up spending the whole day exploring it, watching the tide go out and in. Beautiful red sand and layered red rocks. The resultant by the light house was amazing way to spend the rest of the evening watching the tide come it. Would love to stay here again.

We are a certified organic market garden by the shores of the Northumberland Straight on Prince Edward Island, Canada. Other than growing vegetables, we walk the shoreline, go biking or just watch the fishing boats and the cruise ships go by.
