A nice fully-furnished studio-apartment in the historical center of Florence. The place is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. There is a main room, a small kitchen, toilet with shower and a small terrace. Wifi is free for the guests. There is a washing machine available for free, which has been highly appreciated by our previous guests. The apartment is perfectly located in a safe place at the second floor of a small old palace in the center of Florence about 50 meters from the Santa Croce Square. Duomo and Ponte Vecchio are within 10 minutes of walking distance. The apartment is situated in a quiet street but within 5 minutes walk you can find a lot of restaurants, bars and clubs where you can enjoy the nightlife of the city. Railway station is within 20 minutes walk, but there is an easy connection by bus, which stops 30 meters from the apartment.
The price of the apartment doesn't include the local touristic tax, 2.5 eur for person per day. It should be paid in cash at the arrival.
