Collins and his family are great. I was stuck in the middle of the Nairobi airport fire drama and they were not only willing to work with me, but incredibly patient and helpful with my multiple itinerary changes. The location is easy to access, and I enjoyed practicing Swahili in the nearby market. The room isn't the one pictured here, but it is comfortable and very clean, with a standard African bathroom, twin bed, TV, and fast and consistent wireless wi-fi. It was a great family feeling to my start in Nairobi.
