The staff was friendly and knew how to handle a AirBNB booking. I was required to give a $100 damage deposit at checkin. The room smelled bad (I am not a fan of cigarette smoke). In the morning someone outside my room was smoking weed and the A/C unit sucked in the smoke and blew it through the room.

This airbnb is convenient if you're just passing through. The address is not exactly where the actual location was. We spent some time driving in circles but eventually found the motel. We did not meet Jamie, but he communicated via messages in a timely manner. We arrived later in the evening, check-in went smoothly at the front desk with friendly staff. However, the location seemed a bit sketchy. Parking was free but behind the hotel which felt like an alley, right next to the gas station--and there were random people walking & hanging around. There were cops at the hotel, which didn't make the location feel any safer...or should it? The room itself was more dated than the photos looked, carpets probably could use a deep cleaning, the duvet itself was stained, furniture dusty. We didn't stay long enough in PG to explore the immediate location as other reviewers have, but this experience overall was not one of my best. Overall, not as clean & location more sketchy than expected. But all the amenities were there as listed. My standards may be very high, but I personally would not stay here again.

This is a perfectly pleasant functional hotel in Prince George. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I am happy to stay there again next week when I return to Prince George.

Motel in the centre of Prince George. As an overnight stopover, it was ideal - nice sized, comfortable, very clean room, and very helpful staff. Should the occasion arise, we would use it again.
