The space

Single-fronted Victorian is perfectly situated in a quiet, attractive location within walking distance of local shops, cafes and parks as well as a tram that goes straight to the city via Bridge Road in Richmond.

The living area flows through into a night lit garden and paved alfresco area which leads to the remote access double carport accessed by the rear.

Guest access

This house is entirely yours while you are here.
Doors open completely to an outside courtyard with table for 4 to sit outside and enjoy a dinner cooke on the supplied BBQ when the weather permits.
Air conditioned lounge room/open area has a DVD player and a playstation available for use, plugged into the TV ready to go.
Basic amenities to keep you and the house clean and tidy are supplied, so please take full advantage of them and leave the house looking as pretty as it did when you arrived.The magnet on the fridge has numbers for emergency situations

Other things to note

Kew and the surrounding area is a beautiful place to live. Up the street the 48 tram will take you in to the city, or you can go a little further into Kew junction to catch the 109, which runs a similar line to the city but goes all the way to Port Melbourne.
A slightly further walk is Glenferrie Road. Here another tram takes you to St. Kilda and then continues to the city. Or you can do down to Glenferrie Station and catch the train around town.

Our host was accomodating and the location was perfect. However the property was disappointing and somewhat neglected including paint peeling off a damp area on the wall in the hallway.

Great location, near shops, walking distance from the pool and gym. Host Nathan provided a very comprehensive list of recommended local shops, cafes and restaurants. Clean and the rear lane access double garage was helpful.

Nathen was very prompt with replying to my inquiries, upon booking and during the stay , His house was just perfect , exactly what we I wanted , clean lovely and quite , not one thing I would change , so much so I will be back as often as possible , Kew is a lovely area and some great food , thanks to the helpful info on the areas restaurants provided by Nathan, great sleep had and quite area, clean and neat , thanks again, will be back shortly !
