This characterful two bedroom apartment has everything you will need for your stay. It has been decorated with care and is filled with items that will make you feel right at home. Perfect for a family, friends, or two couples sharing.
The space boasts gorgeous high ceilings and antique wooden floors. There are plenty of windows letting in soft light throughout the day, french doors leading onto the wrap-around veranda and private enclosed garden. The courtyard garden is a great place to eat meals under the shady trees, or take an outdoor shower on a hot summers evening. We have provided a barbecue for your exclusive use.
The kitchen is compact but fully kitted out, complete with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and a 4-seater table.
There are two comfy bedrooms. The one bedroom contains two single beds that can be pushed together to form a king size bed or separated for siblings, friends etc. The other bedroom has a queen size brass bed as well as a desk. We also have a camping cot should you have a young child traveling with you. 100% cotton linen, the option of down or micro fibre pillows, antique wooden wardrobes, and floor to ceiling linen curtains complete the two spaces.
There's a shared inter-leading spa-like bathroom with top-end finishes, two shower heads, a bath, two basins, and a heated towel rail.
The neighbors and warm and welcoming, many of which have lived there for years.
The apartment has an alarm that is linked to a security company for added security.
Wi-Fi (20Mb fibre line), AppleTV and Netflix is available for your entertainment and enjoyment.
The entire two bedroom apartment and private garden are for your exclusive use for the duration of your stay.

I will meet you to handover the keys and show you around. If my schedule does not allow this then I will make another plan and keep you updated.

WE PROVIDE SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION ONLY
However, on arrival you will find the necessary and basic essentials to get you started and comfortable on your first day, like coffee, tea, sugar, zylitol, milk and water, plus some extra goodies to welcome you to your temporary home in Cape Town.
Once you've settled in there are several grocery stores and supermarkets in the area where you can stock up with food, drinks, water and any personal items you may need during your stay. If you are not in the mood for cooking the area has some excellent restaurants and cafes.
The tap water is safe for drinking.
The Western Cape is currently in a severe drought situation and level 4B water restrictions are in place; please use water wisely and sparingly. For example, we kindly ask that you turn off the tap whilst brushing teeth, take shorter showers and not rinse dishes under a running tap, rather use the sink filled with just enough clean water for rinsing.
Please note that noise travels in this old dame and footsteps can sometimes be heard from above. The ceilings are insulated but not 100% sound proof. The upstairs neighbours are generally very considerate and aware but please contact us if necessary and we will remind them lower their footfall to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Dishwasher, cleaning detergents and cloths are stored in the cupboard under the kitchen sink.
The bathroom is stocked with essentials like bath tissue, towels, hair/body wash, body lotion and hand cream. Please stock up with your own essentials for the duration of your stay.
A small hair dryer is stored in either the cupboard or dressing table of the main bedroom.
Please note that we will provide you with these essentials to get you through your first day of arrival, the rest of your requirements for the duration of your stay is catered by you.
Our trustworthy caretaker has access to the apartment and will be in three days a week on Monday's, Wednesday's and Fridays to water the indoor plants, outside pots and garden. The garden will also be maintained by our regular garden service.
SPECIAL SERVICES CHARGES
Please note the following Special Services Charges that will apply in the event of:
1. Replacement of broken keys R250 per key.
2. Special Host call out; for example, attending to switching off iron/heaters/cookers inadvertently left on by Guests regarded as a potential fire hazard.
3. Excessive alarm activation due to negligence in deactivating alarm resulting in Security Company call-out.
4. Baby/Child sitting services can be arranged directly with our housekeeper. Should you require it we will put you in touch directly with her and supply contact details. Her hourly charge is R120 plus extra for travel.
Warrenby Court is a small apartment block with lovely neighbours. Please be friendly and respectful to them in the place that they call home.
Please ensure the main black gate is closed behind you whenever entering and leaving, and don't let in anyone whom you do not know.
The apartment has an alarm system that is linked to a security company. Please ensure you activate the alarm system whenever you leave the premises or go to sleep for the night.
Sound travels through this lovely old dame of a building, but don't let this stop you from having a good time. Just be sure to keep the noise levels at a reasonable level and call it quits by 10pm.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but you may smoke in the garden. Please be vigilant not to throw your cigarette butts into the garden - not only do they create a mess but they also pose a serious fire hazard. Please dispose of your butts responsibly wherever you are in Cape Town.
Cape Town City has imposed level 3 water restrictions as our water resources are limited. We ask all guests to please use water responsibly; for instance please switch off the tap whilst brushing teeth or washing up and limiting your shower time. We thank you for your understanding and for helping us to save water, it's much appreciated.
