The property is nice and private, tucked away at the back of a four unit complex. Unit is freshly renovated throughout with two bed rooms. Spacious master bedroom with semi-ensuite access to the bathroom. Fully self-contained and perfect for extended stays. Two outdoor areas which are ideal for entertaining or just enjoying a quiet cup of coffee.
The entire unit, including the laundry is for guest use. Guests have access to 2 parking bays, one which is undercover.

While I am not present on the premises I am available via phone any time of the day or night.
Other things to note
Whilst the unit is private, it is in a strata complex and shares a common wall with one other unit. Small amounts of noise does travel.
No smoking or pets sorry.
Please leave everything as it was found. It is also expected that if the barbeque is used that it is cleaned, if not a cleaning fee of $50 will apply.
Please be mindful of neighbours that live in the area full time.
