Cary and Gamble hail from Vermont and NYC respectively. Our backgrounds / professions are in the visual arts and horticulture and both of these passions are reflected in our home, which we discovered on Craig's List in 2004 and purchased on a whim. Over a decade later with two children now in tow, our cottage serves as an incredible summer sanctuary and quiet year-round residence. We fell in love with the property for its beauty and seclusion, and have been working ever since to build on it's natural character for our own use, and as an ideal destination for others in search of an authentic Hudson Valley escape.
