This room has twin beds that can become a superking bed, It is possible (at a squeeze) to add a trundle bed for a child. Includes a shared bathroom (2WCs) with one other room, bath robes, ceiling fan and original Victorian glass sash window.
The name of the room comes from a conversation with Jill (nee) Hotop held in 2014 who is a granddaughter of Apothecary Henry Hotop. She relates that as an 8 year old in the 1930's lots of 'fat ladies' stayed in the room. It was only later she learnt they were country pregnant women waiting to give birth at the locan Maternity hospital!
