We live in a quiet neighborhood that is 15 minutes from everywhere in Fort Collins - Old Town, the Reservoir and Foothills, the Drive In, the football stadium, major parks and bike trails. We are a 5 minute walk from a neighborhood brewery, Intersect Brewing. Plus, we are home brewers so you are welcomed to try a pint or two of Kendall's awesome creations we have on tap!
Private bathroom, shared laundry, kitchen, and garden/outdoor space with firepit.
Interaction with guests
We are home most nights during the week and are often out and about on the weekends. We keep the air bnb space separate, so we don't need to interact if you don't want to (except to use the front door). However, we do love to meet new people and are happy to give suggestions and answer questions about Fort Collins as you need if you want. We always welcome people to join us out in the backyard if we are relaxing around our firepit and swap stories about our day and travel adventures.
Other things to note
We have guest passes for our gym if you would like to use our facilities when you are here. Please ask when you book so we can leave them out for you in the room.
We are happy to provide sheets and towels that are washed in non-scented detergent. However, this is not our typical detergent, so please send us a message before you arrive so we can make sure to accommodate your needs.
If you have any other special requests - please don't hesitate to ask! We may not be able to accommodate everything, but we will at least consider it and try our best to help or provide recommendations as to how to accommodate.
We have 2 great, super friendly, mixed breed dogs who love people but aren't always crazy about other dogs in their space. No pets are allowed to make everyone comfortable in our home.
My husband and I have lived in this house for two years, and in Fort Collins for almost a decade. We are active, 30 somethings with no kids (unless you count our two dogs as our kids). We love to host and share the best there is to offer in Fort Collins... whether that be suggesting the best breweries to visit or hikes to explore, draw a map of campus, provide a bike for you to explore the bike trails, or sit around our fire pit and share stories. Our goal is always to make sure that you leave our home and Fort Collins saying "That was FUN!"
