Charlotte's apartment is in a perfect location and is such a cool place. Large and spacious, high ceilings and a roof terrace from which you can see the sea. Brighton is always hillier than I remember and the walk from the station is only about 10 mins but up and down so if you are not mobile take a taxi. Watirose is 5 mins away; the Lanes 10 mins walk and the seafront about the same. Bathroom is huge, shower is powerful and Charlotte provided a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner/soap - which was a treat. We loved it and will definitely be back.

The loft is fabulous. We stayed for 2 nights after our wedding in Brighton this past weekend and it was the perfect place to stay. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, with stunning views over the sea even on a stormy day. The location is great for spending time in the centre of Brighton or on the seafront. Whilst it is centrally located, the loft is also really quiet, a rare find in such a busy city, so we slept really well. We cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a quirky place to stay in central Brighton

Very close to town and the beach. Great location. Need to consider parking though as none available at the residence.

What a gem! A real taste of sumptuous, quirky Brighton. The location was perfect, with a great craft beer pub on the corner and interesting shops a few doors down in the opposite direction, along with easy proximity to the seafront, lanes and Royal Pavilion. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom fabulous and the bed comfortable. Although no one greeted us and the place suffered slightly from commercial rather than personal management (how wonderful that rooftop terrace could be with a little love and care!), it still felt homely. Highly recommended.
