Warm and cozy for two couples Amazing views from both bedrooms. Good instructions in handbook . Make sure to read through, saves time and helps with your enjoyment of both apartment and sightseeing. Good walks from the door, Oban 30 mins away. Incredible views from the island of Kerrara, a short ferry ride from Oban. Good food well presented at the Falls of Lorrah Hotel, 10 mins away. Remember you are visiting a working farm. Don't complain about the cockerels crowing, it's their job!Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would return without reservation.

What a beautiful view from the edge of the loch... and every day it was subtlety different :D My children both loved skimming stones on the water daily! A homely place to stay and just a short drive to Oban. From Oban great trips to Mull, Iona and Staffa.

Fiona's place has about the best view of anywhere we've ever stayed. If you're a swimmer, bring your bathing suit, because you're right on the loch. The residence is extremely comfortable, light and airy and we had everything we needed for our stay. There were four of us and we had plenty of room to relax. Although quiet and secluded, it was very easy to get into the village, or to go into Oban or further afield. Fiona was a wonderful host, and we feel very happy to have stayed there and look forward to going back.

The view from this property couldn't be better. It was really genuinely beautiful. Something to note is that the property is the upstairs level of the owners' home. As I was jetlagged I was up quite late and was worried that perhaps I was making a bit of noise that may have bothered them --just something to keep in mind if you're a night owl! I slept in the big bedroom, which was very comfortable, had great light, and was very quiet. The house is in an area best accessed by car, so if you're going to be taking the train it may be beneficial to stay somewhere a bit more central. All in all things were lovely--we were able to cook and enjoy the beauty of Scotland and Loch Etive. Thank you!

Very nice and quite place. We stayed there for one week with our 2 kids and were driving around for the most of time. Good place as a 'base' to see many attractions in Scotland.
