My place is centrally located, just steps to Atlantic Ocean, 6 min. walk to beach, international restaurants, shops, houses of worship, bike trails etc..
My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
Very Tiny space! Not handicap accessible. Need to move pillows and put the Murphy bed down. Microspace.

The space

The size! This is a microspace. If you've ever watched the tv shows where they show living in small places this is one. Very comfortable bed and couch. But not both at once. Be very careful where you park. Watch the signs. We have included a map for parking in the room.

Guest access

Heated pool, library, lobby.

Other things to note

Just would like everyone to realize this is a VERY SMALL SPACE. When the Murphy bed is up there is just room for the couch and tv along with a small coffee table. There is a small refrigerator and microwave. No kitchen at all. Just trying to be honest. When the bed is down, movement is very limited. The pool is great along with a cool library and lobby. A great place to sleep and shower, very new and clean. But small!

The unit is small but clean and comfy as described. Great location and we really appreciated Jon's instant responses to questions!

Great location, exactly as advertised. We will stay here again. One small issue, the coffee maker was not working, made one call to the owner and we had a brand new replacement within an hour. Very accommodating. Other than that, no issues and very relaxing stay! Thanks Jon!

Jon is a great communicator. Everything about my stay was straightforward from getting into the room through departure. I particularly liked having the Publix grocery store across the street.

As advertised it was small but clean, central and a good base to explore or in my case work in Palm Beach. A good spot to rest one's head at the end of the day and Jon was a great, quick communicator. Hope to be back.

This micro condo is comfortable, two blocks from anything you need, especially the beach, and in great condition. Two of us stayed 3 nights and were sad to leave. Small place, big beach!

What is not to like in Palm Beach and Jon's mini studio? Starting with the location that is walkable to many good restaurants (wonderful croissants and coffee next door), beach is a five minute walk, nearby art galleries, shops, a hidden Publix across the street, and bike rentals out the front door. The hotel/condo building harkens back to the 1920s and is well preserved and maintained with a library, and a beautiful pool and veranda. The apartment is small but my husband and I are now closer after a five night stay. We figured out how to make it work well for taller than normal sized adults. And then there is Jon, a spectacular host. Texts, emails, and/or calls all got immediate and pleasant responses. He has done a good job of stocking the condo with toiletries and towels and a surprisingly, very comfortable murphy bed. We highly recommend. For the money, it's great and we would/will return.
