Freestanding 3 bedroom home, separate lounge, eat in vintage kitchen and small grassed yard. Easy 15min access to the city with Tempe Station 100m away, close to Newtown & Marrickville, Cook's river parklands & 20 mins drive to Maroubra beach.

Other things to note

My home is a work in progress. Most of the house is freshly painted and comfortable however the bathroom and kitchen are unrenovated but clean and functional. The toilet is just outside the back door and access is well covered. As such the condition is reflected in the price.

We are happy with everything.Lisa is a lovely lady, nice and helpful. The house is in a prime location, close to Airport, train station but busy streets around sometimes very busy. Anyway I would highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of public transport, shops and of course cafes and restaurants.

Almost across the road to Tempe train station. Short walk to a large park with children's play equipment. Also, giant 'Salvos' outlet about ten minute walk - amazing place just to experience! Having insect protection on doors and windows would help a comfortable stay, especially in summer. Lovely thick towels.
