Can't beat the location, in the heart of Sayulita Eric's place is a great find! It gets a bit noisy at night but the trade off of being in the center of town is well worth it. Will definitely be back!

Our time in Sayulita was wonderful. Eric's place is very central to everything. It wasn't as noisy as others had mentioned, heading into slow season. So many great restaurants steps away from the apartment, we had a hard time eating everywhere we wanted to! Ivan's tacos across the street were a great evening snack! The bathroom isn't the most private (sliding pocket door & loft style ceiling) for those not comfortable with their travel companion knowing their bathroom routines! Otherwise it was perfect for a few nights in Sayulita & would definitely return again!

I stayed in Eric's place while on a business trip, so I really appreciated the great WiFi, AC and central location. FYI, practically nobody travels to Sayulita on business. It was a bit loud at night with the music from a nearby bar coming through. I closed the door, turned on the AC and slept like a baby both nights. Don't forget to turn off the AC when you leave the apartment. I went to breakfast for 2 hours and I forgot to turn it off. Guess what happened when I got back? I felt like a jerk for having left the AC on, that's what happened. You are right in the heart of Sayulita, a quick walk to the beach and everything else you might need in Sayulita. When I booked this place I thought it was going to be attached to a bunch of other units but this is a stand alone studio style apartment, which I really enjoyed. WiFi works great, AC works great and Eric accommodated my last minute booking and arrival perfectly. If you know what you're getting, this is one of the best values I've found in Sayulita. I recommend Eric's place for people who already know Sayulita, you will love the location and you will probably be in the bar where the music is coming from anyway. Single people and couples would love it. I don't think it's a great place for families and there is a narrow staircase you'll have to get your luggage past, so it isn't the best for people with mobility issues. Bottom line, great value, great location near the beach and activities and an overall great experience.

Eric's place was amazing! The location is perfect (but noisy). Only a 2m walk from the beach! Very clean, wifi works great, you got also towels and a mini fridge! The place looks exactly like the pictures. I would definitely recommend it.

Central location that is perfect for the traveller looking to indulge in the sayulita town life! Very nice amenities and I quickly was able to make myself at home. If you can't sleep through noise you may want to choose another place but I personally sleep like a rock. The town does get noisy late into the night on occasion.

I grew up just outside of New York City, went to college in Albany, NY, and moved out to Crested Butte, Colorado to be a "ski bum" at the age of 23. After 15 years of "ski bumming" and building houses, working in construction, etc., I moved down here to Sayulita, Mexico, a magical beach pueblo. I do some property management, but mostly like to focus on surfing, yoga, and playing guitar.
