The room is nice, in quick walking distance to town, without the noise. I didn't realize like a hostel where you shate bathrooms with other guest. Amanda got us a fan that worked great, when we asked.

I enjoyed my stay here. This room is super ideally situated in Siena, away from the bustle yet super close to eateries, markets and landmarks, just a short walk from the Piazza del Campo. I liked how quiet and peaceful it was at night and I always felt very safe. The comforter and pillows are comfortable, and the entire guesthouse is really clean. Amanda at reception was very kind and patient with me, staying late for check-in and always happy to help. I never met Benedetta or Matteo in person but they were always lighting quick to reply to my messages and seemed very friendly, as did the other staff I encountered. My room was really well furnished with a large closet, clotheshangers, a drying rack, and expansive desk and nightstands. Breakfast included homemade cake/pie and lots of jam, bread, coffee/tea options and some cured meats, and the kitchen has a fantastic Tuscan view. I recommend this room for anyone looking for a tranquil, comfortable place to stay while in Siena, including couples and families with young kids.

A positive experience--beautiful, clean and friendly. This is a very nice, newly rehabbed third floor (segundo piano) apartment with two bedrooms and two baths (in the hall). The same host has several other bedrooms in one or more other apartments in the same building and all the guests are offered an elaborate buffet breakfast in the dining room/kitchen of the flat we stayed in. Good wifi, large fluffy towels, a supermarket within two blocks, and great coffee shop just a little bit further toward Il Campo. Staff, Amanda, stayed late to check us in, gave us a free upgrade of room, and seemed to work in the office during the day. Benedetta loaned me her cell phone to call my airline, and they allowed us to store some food in the frig. We paid the 2 Euros and cooked dinner in one night--well worth it. Nice people.

My group of 11 stayed at the entire apartment of Casa di Osio - Porta Romana -- this included 3 double rooms in one unit, and 1 double and 1 triple room in a second unit. The units were very comfortable for our entire group. This double room was located in a unit with 2 bathrooms and a large shared kitchen. A large and tasty breakfast was provided in the shared kitchen. There were plenty of fans to ensure a comfortable temperature. The unit is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator/lift, so the unit may not be best suited for someone with mobility issues. The apartment is in an amazing location and is only a 10-15 minute walk to many restaurants, shops, and tourist sites! As with many city centers, parking is restrictive for non-residents but fortunately this was not an issue for us. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive before and during our stay. We were able to change our check-in time at the last minute and they allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out while we did some sightseeing. Additionally the hosts also called taxis for us upon our departure. We would definitely stay here again!

My GF and I very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and they let us leave our bags after we checked out, so that was nice. The room was nice, although I believe we stayed in a different one than pictured. Wasn't a problem though. The room was spacious, quiet, and we had our own bathroom. Great location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the center square. Would stay here again.

Hi! I am from Siena, I graduated in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation, and after many years of work in sales and marketing in various 4- and 5-star hotels and after few work trips around the world, with the birth of my first child I decided to take the reins of my life in hand and spend more time with my family. My husband Matthew and I share a passion for travel and a deep love for our city, and that's why we decided to open a bed and breakfast in the apartment next to ours, creating a welcoming and hospitable place that it is a reference point for those wishing to discover the city of Siena, living and breathing the air as did the great travelers of the past ... and to have the chance to meet new people and share with them our love for travel, helping them get to know our beautiful, magic and particular city. Seeing that our effort was proving fruitful, we decided to expand our business and we have restored 3 other apartments of our family to create another B&B.
