This is an excellent locale for exploring the east side and great access to all of central austin and points slightly south. I appreciated this place for easy biking to all points of interest and great food nearby.

Overall our stay was great!
Pros:
-The location can’t be beat and it had a fun vibe.
-The bunk beds were great for the kids.
-There was a six pack for the adults and lollipops for the kids!

The house is in a very good location. Easy to get to wherever you want to go via cab but the neighborhood is very quiet and relaxed. Very responsive and accessible host

Maria's place was super fun- right in the heart of nightlife and going out, but still far enough to be quiet and cozy. It was a little chilly in there on the cold nights we stayed, but overall it was an adorable and cozy place. Thanks Maria!

Enjoyed spending a few nights in Maria's East Austin home. It was a great place to explore the neighborhood, within walking distance from lots of spots to enjoy food, music, and nightlife. I would highly recommend staying here!
