The building complex also offers a gymnasium and swimming pool, and secure undercover parking. A very popular apartment!

Nice place. Very quiet, safe and secure at night. Sadly the building site outside your lounge room is active all day from 7.00am. That means noise and it is a visual privacy issue. If your working days then its not a problem The apartment is well equipped and located close to a supermarket and convenience stores and strolling distance to great restaurants. The TV and its sound system have some issues but I have reported them and I am sure they will get sorted quickly as the agency seem very competent. although the apartment is very close to the station you will still need a car as the keys are not on site and you will need drive 10 -15 mins to pick them up at check in.

The location was extremely convenient in the heart of Subiaco. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. We felt right at home.

Apartment itself - 5 star. Location -5 star. Amenities - 5 star. Only thing that drags it down is not knowing that there was a construction site straight opposite the balcony. Note: if you go into the stairwell ensure you take a set of keys as each floor, except the car park, requires to be unlocked (require key to get from ground car park into complex). Overall, great little apartment in a great location and will stay here again. Thanks.

The apartment was much bigger than expected. Great well equipped kitchen, and comfy bed and couch. Immediately felt right at home there. Great location easy walk to anything you need. Very helpful hosts as well.

Really nice executive apartment well equiped clean and everything you want during your stay. Great location close to everything including transport links. Only negative, is that you have to collect the keys from South Perth which is awkward if you are not familiar with the Perth area. AIso there is a large noisy construction site with a large workforce in progress at present, adjacent to the balcony - from 7am to 5pm which makes it 'uncomfortable' to make full of use the balcony area.

The location and unit itself was very nice. Everything was as advertised. Being just across the street from Woolies and the train station was very convenient and made using the public transport simple. General household items(soaps, bin liners, laundry detergents) were only adequate for a few days so if you are staying for longer, stock up on what you will need. Only small hotel style samples are provided. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again if in the Subiaco area.
