It is a nice apartment with free secure parking and is close to the city . As one of the other reviewers of one Trilogy's other listing in same building experienced, ours was missing the basics that people who have used airbnb before may be used too. There was one towel, no bath mat, face washers, hand towel, soap or toilet paper in the bath room. The kitchen was equally sparse with the fridge and pantry totally bare (not even tea, coffee or salt and pepper) and no tea towel, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher or laundry detergent. The bedroom had 2 flat pillows and no extras available. Some of these probably could have been supplied on request but we only really slept there and ate out so either had or purchased the essentials and got on with our stay. Some of these omissions may have been due to us cancelling then reinstating the booking which took a while to be confirmed as the owner was overseas and no contact for the onsite manager provided. We enjoyed our stay as our requirements were basic but it is important for future guests to be aware of items provided and request any needed. It is a nice apartment in a great spot but just not the airbnb experience some would expect.

The property manager, Garry, who checked me in is an extremely pleasant and helpful guy. I could tell he wanted to be able to help me sooner with the internet issues, but, it wasn't in his hands. It doesn't seem that difficult - ask the people in adjoining apartments if you can get a temporary password when people are checking in for a few days and pay them for the use instead of paying monthly when you might not have it rented out. Win-win for everyone.
