Guest access

Acces to the terrasse is shared with another neighbor.

Interaction with guests

I am usually easy to reach through email or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) (except on Shabat and Jewish holidays).

Other things to note

Electricity is included in the rent (under the condition of reasonable use).
I will send you a picture of the electricity meter taken just before your arrival in the apartment.
Please help conserve energy and prefer the use of the ceiling fans (present in all rooms) to the AC in summer. The apartment is usually quite cool even in summer.
And please remember to shut down appliances and AC (or heat in winter) before you go out.
Note that our large terrasse is exposed to sometimes extreme weather (from very hot dureing the day in summer to sometimes heavy rain or snow in Winter). As a consequence, it can get dusty very fast. I keep fabric to put on the seats in the little closet outside our apartment door. Please remember to put them back after use, so that they stay clean!

Charming spot in a relatively quiet residential area not far from the city center. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living room and kitchen felt like a friend's apartment in J'lem. Small but modern and clean bathrooms. Catherine is lovely and an easy to work with host. The neighborhood is residential. You'll see parents walking their kids to school speaking English and French in addition to Hebrew. Low key but very good restaurants all around. It's walking distance to the First Station and even the Old City if you are just a bit more ambitious. Overall you can't go wrong for 3-4 people in Catherine's charming apartment in Bakka.

Location is great - just minutes from local cafes and railway station walk. Appt is clean and tidy with all the obvious things you'd need. Catherine is quick to respond and happy to assist with any questions. All good. We'd come again when visiting family nearby.
