Both properties combined sleep up-to 16 people which is ideal for large family groups wanting to holiday together.
The apartment is rented as a total property and you will not be sharing with other people.

We have a 2 night minimum stay. Pricing is for up-to 6 people only. We are not able to accommodate more than 6 people.
Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
For the comfort of all guests to 2/76 Seaview, 2/76 Seaview is strictly a non smoking property. Extra charges will apply if smoking has occurred in the property for cleaning.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
2/76 Seaview is a family friendly property and we do not tolerate loud noise. Our direct neighbours are families with children and we ask that you please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in immediate termination of your stay and additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay and you need to notify Belinda on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) as soon as they occur. Please do not attempt to break into the property if you have locked yourself out, please call Belinda on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to arrange access.
*The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. We would prefer that you don't move the furniture around but if you do please ensure that it goes back before you leave. Please do not drag the furniture across the timber floors as this scratches them.
*Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
*Please remove all used linen from beds and place in laundry for washing along with all used towels, hand towels and floor mats.
*All washing up should be done and put away, along with unpacking the dishwasher.
*Please empty all garbage bins from inside the house and put into the garbage bins outside. Garbage bins must be put out the front of the property for rubbish collection on Sunday evening. If bins are not put out for collection on Sunday evening then you will be charged for rubbish removal. Any excess garbage that does not fit into the bins is your responsibility to remove from property. Extra fees will apply if garbage has to be removed on your behalf. Please ensure that only recyclables are put into the yellow bin. Rubbish goes into the Red bin.
*Please remove all food from fridge and wipe out any spills or mess.
*Please wipe out the microwave and oven if you have used them.
*Please make sure that the BBQ has been cleaned before your departure otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will be taken from your bond.
*Please make sure the property is secure before you leave lock all doors and windows, put the keys back where you found them inside the house and the key to get into the property needs to go back into the key box at the front door.
**EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA CLEANING IS REQUIRED**
If you've been at the beach please make sure all sand is removed before entering the house. You will find a tap and a hose outside on the left side of the property
Bed linen and towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels for swimming.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
From Dec 15, 2017 - Jan 31, 2018 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
