We loved this place. The building is very cool. Lots of art and sculpture everywhere. The apartment has everything you need. The location is excellent with many good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Very slose to the JMZ line station. The L line station is pretty close too.

Sarah's place was great! It was just as advertised and in a great location. From the beginning, Sarah answered all my questions before I booked it and as the time came closer, she made sure to keep in contact in case I had any questions. The place was just as the pictures showed, spacious, and able to accommodate my group. Sarah provided adequate towels, linens, air mattress, cooking supplies, and access keys. Once we checked in, she also sent a list of directions/tips/places to check out around the neighborhood. I think the biggest pro was that she always reassured me throughout our stay that if there were any questions/issues, to reach out to her or her bf, which made things very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sarah!

I booked the trip to Sarah's home for my family. Everything was absolutely fine communication wise. Below is a review from my son who spent 10 days there. *** We stayed here for a bit more than a week, me and my grandma. And the review is going to be absolutely positive (maybe too positive). The house. It is an amazing place. All concierges are among the most affable and nice people in the world. Many neighbours either. Those artists crafted everything you need, so you can spend a great week in NYC without even leaving this house. From the roof you will see Manhattan better than from Manhattan. Huge loudspeakers at the roof allow anyone just take the mini-jack and play your music at the roof. Downstairs you can play games (they are in pretty good condition). Laundry room, gym… isn’t it enough? The Flat. The Flat isn’t very big but who needs useless space. There is everything necessary! We found a lot of stickers explaining what and where we can take, what and where we can do. I don’t know, if it is possible to offer more hospitality. We didn’t have problems with temperature in the flat because it could be easily controlled by opening or closing of the windows (we stayed in may). The district. I personally love Brooklyn. Several subway stations aren’t far away from the house and it isn’t hard to get to Manhattan but it’s much more interesting to walk around Brooklyn, if you just wanna walk. Saturday evenings music plays from every door, people are so different. You feel freedom looking at those people and their life. My point. So. Thank you Sarah. So much. Next time there, even if i don’t stay there (it will be brooklyn anyway), at least I'll visit the roof again. ***

Sarah's place is ideally located near the subway. The building is a real treat with all its artwork and the gorgeous terrace filled with art and a fantastic view of the Manhattan skyline.

the pictures of the apartment did NOT do it justice- it was GORGEOUS! The rooftop patio (& the building in general) with it's unique/fun art work was amazing. to sit & see the skyline of Manhattan was amazing. Sarah & Jon were never a problem to reach or respond.
