The space

Fabulous beach house with an open floor plan ffering a private and peaceful setting, it is just a short distance down a sandy lane to pristine Cisco Beach or to the nearby fish market, Cisco Breweries or Bartlett Farm. Recent upgrades include a flat screen tv,wireless internet and audio system.

The first floor has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom enjoys views from the southern windows and deck. Expanded family/ living room also with magnificent views through southern windows and decks. Office with pull out couch and private queen bedroom with en suite bathroom.

On the second floor, there is a family room/library with North & South (facing ocean) exposures. Spacious master with ensuite bathroom. The second floor master bedroom has a private deck facing ocean with amazing views. Queen and twin bedroom and full bath.

Other things to note

Cleaning Policy: There are six hours of turnover cleaning included in the security deposit, any additional cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

The LANDLORD acknowledges that wherever a child or children under 6 years of age resides in any residential premises in which any paint, plaster or other accessible materials contain dangerous levels of lead as defined pursuant to M.G.L. c.111, s. 199B the landlord shall remove or cover said paint, plaster or other materials so as to make it inaccessible to other children. The agent named herein does not know whether the lead paint is present in said property.
