This property has a lovely view of the loch as well as the stunning mountain scenery. Loch View has its own private garden area, grassed and with a patio. The beach is just 150 metres away down the owner’s private track.

The space

You have a large livining room, dining area, kitchen, shower room with toilet, twin room and double room with king sized bed and ensuite. Outside there is a enclosed garden with patio area and furniture. A large outside shed with washing machine and room to hang wet clothes and extra storage.

We're nearly always around but if not I will let you know and if we're away for a few days we always have someone else staying to look after things.

For liability reasons the maximum number of guests is limited to 4 (the only exception to this is a child under 18 months sleeping in a cot), remember that a child no matter what age is a person and is treated as a guest in our property. Please do not turn up with extra guests and put us in a position of being inhospitable or ungracious, contact us before you arrive to discuss your booking.

Great view sand lovely village with walks and cycling on doorstep and easy access to Oban. The village shop was great - open late and well stocked! Fiona was a good host

This is a very well equipped and clean accommodation. It had full washing facilities, tv, DVD, 2 toilets and kitchen equipment. All you could need. The location was great for exploring Oban and surrounding area. Sea life Centre is worth a visit. Will return to explore and enjoy further. Thank you for hosting

I run a thriving holiday let business on the shores of the stunning Loch Etive, Taynuilt, Nr Oban. Mum of two loving the challenge of family and work! I cycle, walk, play tennis and squash and love the outdoor life.
