This is a really big (1450 sq f) 2 BD apartment which is located on 29 floor of Murjan 1 building, JBR. 5-7 min walk to The Beach (public beach). There are 4 swimming pools, GYM, children playing areas, 2 grocery stores, pharmacy, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, cinema, Marina and JBR promenade- all in walking distance. Murjan complex is located in front of Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
Tram station is in 2 min walk. By tram you can reach Metro station (in 5 min).
Apartment consists of:
1) Living room with dining area ( there are: a TV set with Cable TV connected); dining table with 6 chairs, an armchair and 2 sofas;
2)Kitchen: it is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, fridge, freezer, cooker, stove, kettle, dishwasher machine;
3) A Master Bedroom (with king size bed) with en-suite bathroom (full bathroom with bath tube), wardrobes.
4) Second bedroom (double bed), wardrobes.
5) Second bathroom, which is located opposite second bedroom. Bathroom is full and spacious, with bath tube.
6) Guest washroom;
7) Laundry room ( with washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum). You can store your luggage there.
8) Balcony with table and 2 chairs, overlooking Dubai Marina.
There is 1 reserved parking space.
Lobby of the building and public areas are very clean and tidy.
Tram station is located in 3 min walk.
You'll be provided with keys from the apartment. Please note, this is entire apartment registered as vacation home rentals. We are paying Tourism Dirham Tax for each night of your stay.
We will give you card to access the building, GYM and 5 swimming pools along with the children playing area. Swimming pools are located near each building ( Murjan 1,2,3,4,5) and you can enter any of them.
There are lifeguards but you are responsible for your safety. There are Chez-longues(long chairs) and shower.
We will give you remote control to access the parking. Please use only the dedicated parking area, reserved for our apartment. Security have the right to remove vehicle, parked on the wrong place(parking spot).
Please let us know the arrival and departure time in advance in order to make a smooth check -in and check out.
Please provide passport copies of each guest after the reservation is confirmed (as per UAE Law). This will not be shared to the third party. You can send them by email, dropbox link or attach to our conversation in Airbnb.
Interaction with guests
Our responsibility is to provide a check in/out service with explanation of how to use electronics in the apartment, overview of the around area. For any questions whatss app/sms/email are also available ( only if reservation is confirmed). We are not located in the same area, but our representative will drive for the check-in at the agreed time. Therefore, it is important to stay in touch after arrival.
Other things to note
Wi-Fi is available not only in the apartment, but at the Airport, at the Beach JBR, in shopping malls, in almost all cafes. you can be sure to stay connected all the time.
1) The apartment is Strictly Non-smoking. Breaching of this rule will result in 500$ fine. Smoking is allowed at the balcony only.
2) In case of keys,cards or remote control loss, guest will be charged: 27 USD for a key replacement, 137 USD for access card/remote control replacement. Price includes pure cost of the replacement item plus extra time spend of the company staff for issuing the items.
3) Pets are not allowed. Bringing the Pet on the check in will result in reservation cancellation with no reimbursement.
4) Any damage of the items will request the deposit charge according to the bill from the maintenance company.
5) Passport copies of all guests should be emailed us after the reservation is confirmed according to the UAE LAW. Not following to this rule will ends in cancelling the reservation as per cancellation policy.
6) Cleaning/towel change in not included in the price and available as additional service only. Price should be confirmed in advance, cleaning should be scheduled/requested at least 36 hours in advance. We provide cleaning(and bring towels) only before the check in, to ensure that guests are coming to fresh apartment.
7) Check in and check out time should be confirmed with the host after the booking is made. Guest is responsible to provide correct arrival details and ensure that info received by the host. This is important for the fast and smooth check in process. This is private apartment and we should be able to reach the place for the check in at the agreed time. We meet our guests in the apartment/near the building where apartment was reserved.
Guest should stay in touch after arrival by phone/sms/whatss app.
8) The following extras are not included in the price and should be requested and paid at least 24 hours before the arrival: - extra bed linen set 45 USD -baby cot (up to 6 months and up to 2 years) 90USD - early check in/late check out(if available)
9) In case of lost keys and emergency request to come, additional charge of USD 70(from 9 am to 6 pm) or USD 137 (any other time) will be charged from the guest for our representative to come+ key replacement cost.
10) Tourism dirham fee of AED 20 per night as per DTCM regulation is included in the price.
11) There will be complimentary 1 set of hand soaps, shower gel,shampoo and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for your use.
We also provide you with start up dish-washing liquid, laundry detergent and first set of garbage bags for 1-2 times use.
This apartment is classified as self-catered private apartment registered as a holiday home, so please remember that while some start-up items are supplied before the check in, you will need to replenish them with your shopping.
From Dec 25, 2017 - Jan 10, 2018 the minimum stay is 9 nights.
