Come stay at Peony Heaven! Walk among thousands of peonies, a large organic garden, chickens, as well as fruit, berry, and herb plantings. The sunny spacious room overlooks the garden and has a private bathroom. A restful sleep is guaranteed in this tranquil setting!

The space

"Peony Heaven" is an organic flower farm and plant nursery. We welcome you into our unique home covered in mosaics and collectibles from all over the world and invite you to stroll through our beautiful gardens. Perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway who want to get in touch with nature.

Guest access

You will have full access to all common living spaces, areas to relax outside (including shady benches and hammocks), our large open kitchen, dining area, and deck. For breakfast you are welcome to help yourself to fresh organic eggs from our chickens, coffee/tea, and to pick fresh veggies from our garden (when in season). The quiet guest room has a full-sized bed and a private bathroom.

**I just added a memory foam layer to the bed to increase comfort due to recent suggestions**

Interaction with guests

There are always weeds to pull, chickens to feed, and kale to harvest if you are in need of a task, or just put your feet up and relax!! We are usually around working in the garden but we will be happy to give you suggestions of things to do in the area and answer any questions.

Hana and friends were wonderful hosts. Comfy bed and beautiful property off the beaten path. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a delightful place, especially for gardeners. Hana and her husband couldn't have been nicer, offering us home-hatched eggs, a tour of the garden and great bread. An added bonus was the exceptional mosaics created by Dan's mother. We are already planning to return in peony season!

Hana's place is great. She was very flexible with our check in and ws there to greet us when we arrived. She was very nice throughout our stay! The only thing is that the bed could be a bit more comfortable, I'm not sure it's actually a queen.

We had a great stay and it was very convenient to be only 10 minutes from Litchfield and in a very quiet and serene environment. We loved walking through the garden and around the pond! Note that the room was very quiet and there is a private bathroom for those staying in the room, but it is in the hallway right outside the door to the room and not in the room itself.

The gardens were absolutely beautiful. The hosts were great and extremely hospitable. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. Had a great time.

We stayed in the Cricket Hill Peony garden for two nights. Felt very lucky to see more than ten different kinds of colorful blooming peonies including Chinese and Japanese tree peonies and herbaceous peonies. Dan warmly welcomed us and showed us around. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about peonies, plus he speaks fluent Chinese! We really enjoyed our staying. We are thinking about going back in the fall.
