Listening and reading the feedback and the reviews my guests have left we have this month (August 2017) now put curtains up in the living room still keeping the blinds up. Some guests could not use the TV as easy as I had hoped, so we have bought a new 43" Smart TV along with an easier to use DVD player for those rainy days. Bought 2 fans for those hot sunny days one for the bedroom and another for the living room, a brand new washing machine is installed and a new fridge where the freezer compartment now works again. We have taken the carpet up from the living room and have now laid wooden flooring. And in September 2017 a new and even bigger boiler will be installed in the bathroom so my guests will have constant running hot water and also will be modernizing the bathroom at the same time. I thank my guests again for their reviews and I always try to make their trip an enjoyable one.
Once you have entered through the main front door, the apartment is directly to the right of you on the ground floor

Other things to note
The apartment is perfectly located for those people that would like to stay 3 or 4 nights in Portsmouth before they jump aboard on the ferry to Caen, St Malo, Cherbourg or Le Havre in France or Santander in Spain. From door to Portsmouth Port it is either 18mins by foot or 2mins by car Or why not just hop on the ferry to France and back for the day see what offers they have (URL HIDDEN)
No pets; no smoking; no application of hair dye/fake tan; no cooking of strong smelling foods such as curries or pungent fish; please keep noise levels to a minimum; no extra guests (with the exception of babies); we do ask that you leave the apartment reasonably clean including taking out rubbish.
