Great location for sightseeing across London with easy transport from Hampton Wick train station. Local attractions include Twick Rugby World Cup, Hampton Court Flower Show, Wimbledon Tennis, Kew Gardens, Richmond Park, Kingston and Richmond centre.

The space

Three night booking are only available for the below dates:

12-15 November
27-30 November

All other dates require a 4 night min stay.

Separate access to a newly modenised private basement flat. The flat comprises of a 1 luxurious King size bedroom, very large walk through wardrobe (which can accommodate a twin bed), bathroom and a separate wc. ).

The living room has access to a small patio area. Kitchen with all mod cons inc induction hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all you'll need inc but not limited to: plates, glasses, pans and cutlery.

Your stay will include a visit from a weekly cleaner who will change your sheets and towels.

Baby items can be provided (if requested in advance) inc highchair, travel cot, stair gate, toys, books.

We can provide an extra single (twin) bed but there is a charge for the extra bed, whether its for a child or adult. If you need the extra single bed you must book for three guests.

I can also provide a child's single bed. Booking for 4 guests will only be accepted if the fours person is a child (under the age of 12yrs.

Parking - there are three options. 1 free parking 5 mins walk from the flat. 2 you can park very close for free between 6:30pm - 8:30am or 3 you can buy parking scratch tickets at £2.50 a half day.

Transport - the train station and bus stops are opposite the house. The train line takes you to london in 25 mins or also to twickenham, Richmond, Putney, Wimbledon or Clapham Junction. The bus routes are to Heathrow, Hampton court and many other local areas.

Shops - you can walk into Kingston town centre in less than 5 minutes and there is also a convenience store 2 buildings away.

Pubs/resturants - within only minutes from the house there are many nice places to eat and drink.

Local Attractions - Bushy Park & Richmond Park, Hampton Court Palace, Twickenham Rugby Stadium, Wimbledon Tennis, Richmond, Kew Gardens.

Eco turism - for those who like to make a difference the building is serviced by 4KW solar panels and we have a 'water well' providing grey water for the wc's.

The flat is very private and I often never see guests after checkin but I am more than happy to offer advise on the local area.

Other things to note

The flat has good, fast wifi but it doesn't work in the bedroom. The property is very old with extremely thick walls so the signal doesn't get through.

Hannah did everything to make us feel welcome. The communication was excellent and she was helpful with the odd question while we were staying. 91 High St was ideal for us - so well positioned opposite the train station and on the bus route as well. It is spacious and had everything we needed. The shop a couple of doors away was a bonus. Altogether really good.

Hannah's flat is exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Having the train station across the road was great for travel into London. Hannah and Rob were great hosts and I have no hesitation in recommending recommending their flat. Thank you.

Very accommodating about getting the keys as we were very late arriving. Place was immensely clean, very spacious and close to train, shop, restaurants and so on. Highly recommended- infinitely better value than a hotel!

Hannah is a great and very warm, attentive host and the apartment is lovely. Extremely comfortable bed and best equipped kitchen I've experienced. Good location - I had family business close by but would stay here as a good value base close to London. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hannah's apartment, it was exactly as described and was the perfect base for us as we needed to be near Kingston. Hannah was the perfect host for us, very helpful and friendly when we arrived, we didnt see her again, but she was available via email if we had any queries. The apartment was very well appointed and equipped and had a boutique-hotel feel,especially as Hannah provided hotel slippers and soaps. We stayed during Winter but, thanks to the under-floor heating throughout, the apartment was very warm and cosy.

Hannah is very communicative and helpful at all times. She responded to my request promptly and was flexible regarding the early Check in request. The flat is spacious, clean and comfortable, and it is conveniently located near to Kingston town centre and is within 30 minutes to central London by train right opposite to flat. I will definitely recommend to others.

The apt. was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The train station was directly across, but we never heard any noise. Restaurants and stores very close.

My husband, Robert and I have 2 properties in the area the 1st is a coach house which was first build in 1860 and lovingly restored in 2013. The flat we rent is in the basement with its own private access. The 2nd is a beautiful ground floor 2 bed flat in an Art Deco block.
