This is an excellent property. Nathalie is a great host. The apartment is exactly what was advertised and easy to get to. It is across the street from the metro, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay with Nathalie again when I'm in Paris! Thanks Nathalie for making our Paris stay memorable!

Nathalie responded the messages very fast. She provided detailed explanations about the apartment in a friendly manner. We were six people renting the flat for a few days to celebrate the New Year's. Natalie was away during the rental period. She arranged a lady opening the door for us. Out of our surprise, we found a bottle of champagne and some new champagne glasses placed on the table, with a lovely welcoming note. The flat was cozy and clean, sufficient for six adults for a short stay. The only issue we had was that no extra pillows and new bed Iinen were provided for the sofa bed. It also seemed that the girl who opened the door for us didn't know where to fetch them nor care about it. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

This is a sweet flat at heart, but it is run down and tired and needs money spent on it to justify the price being charged. The living room is a very nice space and bedrooms, while small, are perfectly fine. The location right next to Pigalle station is handy, if a little noisy. However, the kitchen is terrible - it is absolutely tiny, has no counter space, is very poorly equipped (no chopping boards, no mugs, bad knives, limited crockery) and the only place for the kettle was positively dangerous (perched on a high shelf). It is not really possible, or at least very stressful, to cook for a family, so self-catering is difficult. The cooker was dirty and stained. The towels were very old and, whilst clean, had odour to them and the bathroom had an inadequate shower with no shower curtain or screen. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely hard and uncomfortable and one of the (3 in total) pillows provided was unusable because it was disintegrating and lumpy. The attractive parquet flooring is falling apart and squeaks practically wherever you tread on it. The flat, while appearing superficially clean had a lot of accumulated dirt and dust in corners on beds, shelves etc. It is clear that a lot of people are passing through it. This has the potential to be a really great place to stay, but it is not being maintained to an adequate standard and, for the price, is not good value.

Nathalie was great with communication. The apartment was a short walk from Montmartre. Great to head up there for evening picnics looking out over Paris. Bedrooms were good. Kitchen and bathroom are small. Handy central location with metro stop right outside and close to Gard du Nord. Often quite noisy at night (although it didn't wake our children). Thanks for letting us use the apartment for our stay in Paris.

We were greeted by Bianca who unfortunately can't speak English. We had a hard time trying to understand or communicate our questions to her. However, Nathalie was quick to respond to our needs. The rustic interior looks tired and rundown with curtain railings falling apart. The kitchen is very small and not so ideal for cooking meals. Utensils needs a makeover. The plus points was the location was very central right opposite the metro with restaurants, bakery and supermarket nearby. It is also walking distance to Sacre de Cour and Moulin Rouge. We are also fortunate that the apartment on the fourth floor has a lift. We have no problem staying in this apartment.

Nathalie gave us very good directions and details to find the apartment. She met us there and was very welcoming. The apartment is in a very handy location, close to a metro stop and the moulin rouge. There are also some very nice bistros and restaurants around this area. I would stay again.
