Our cozy home features a newly remodeled kitchen, plus four bedrooms and a queen-sized sofa bed. We are an easy walk to downtown Charlottesville and just four blocks from Belmont cafes and restaurants. Plenty of street parking plus a two-car driveway. Close to Monticello and walking trails.
Great for groups, great for families. Please note: we do not own a TV, but we do have high-speed internet for watching movies/TV on your own devices.
Access to off-street parking, high-speed Internet, piano, toys and books for kids. Sheets and towels provided.
Interaction with guests
We only meet our guests to drop off the key.
Other things to note
We always prefer a two-night minimum for spring and summer and holiday weekends unless only one night is available.
Absolutely no smoking and no pets. Otherwise, please treat the house as you would treat your own home. We do live here, so if you are a large group, please take care of the space. Be respectful of the art and musical instruments and enjoy!
I grew up outside of Charlottesville on a small family farm and recently moved back to this wonderful town with my husband and our toddler. After going to college in Massachusetts, I spent time traveling abroad and lived for several years in New England. I am a full-time musician so am lucky to spend much of the year touring around the country and abroad. In my free time (when I'm not on the road) I enjoy gardening, knitting, journaling, and cooking. I do a lot of traveling for work (and have often used Airbnb myself!), so am happy to provide a peaceful, smoke-free, pet-free home to those visiting Charlottesville. I am quite familiar with the town, so please feel free to ask any questions. Best of luck planning your trip!
