Every detail is reminiscent of a museum. You can wonder all afternoon and enjoy the displays. There are projects that are being worked on, and completed pieces of art, abut all of it is interesting.

On the beach, Artist's condo in world renowned Venice Beach Artist's Colony. Surrounded by Art & handmade furniture, you will feel like you are staying in a museum! Amenities include private bed & bath, beach towels, a bicycle, a surfboard, body boards, coffee or tea, and a greendrink.

The space

This condo is on the beach, with great Pacific Ocean views and breezes!
We each have a private bedroom and bathroom.

I have beach towels, a single bicycle, 2 bodyboards, and a single surfboard that you can borrow if you agree to be responsible for the items. The rental price from the beach shop for these items would cover your stay, so these are amenities that offset your cost of staying here. Add those items, tea, coffee, and a greendrink, and it covers your initial payment.

I offer this shared space, and amenities, at an amazing price, so please do not ask for a discount, the price is half of all comparable; there's your discount, I keep my prices fair, but if you want a discount, please stay somewhere else.

Venice Beach is an eclectic world-renowned artist colony known for unusual people, bike paths, walking path, canals, restaurants, and fun. This is an artist's home, warm, and full of interesting things reminiscent of a museum. The view is spectacular, literally at the beach, & it's always about location.

The condo has great views, and is literally at the beach and Venice Boardwalk. The room, and closet, are large and spacious, and can easily accommodate 1-3 people. There is lots of natural light, wood, concrete floors, and ocean breezes. Most everything in the home is handmade. It is like staying in a museum.

You have a private room and private bathroom (when there is not an air mattress guest in the front room area), with a mini fridge in the room, and it is handicap accessible, with Wifi. If there is an Air Mattress guest, the bathroom is shared. There is Kangen Water® in the unit.

Guest access

You have a private large bedroom, with a huge closet, king size bed (I can add an air mattress for an additional guest), and a bathroom that might be shared with the hallway guest, if there is one. There is a fridge in the room and the kitchen is available for using the plates, cups, silverware, etc. If you use it, clean it.

At the beach you can rent a bike for $10 an hour, a Boogie Board for $7 an hour, and a surfboard for $30 and hour. I have them for free, if you assume responsibility/liability for them, or you can rent them, but they require the same liability for the items that I do. Most of my guests pay for their visit by using the bike and boards for free.

The whole place is vegetarian/vegan, Kosher (no meat), and gluten free.

Interaction with guests

I interact a little with guests because I provide a green drink each morning.
I meet guests when they check-in and check-out.

Leila's place is AMAZING. All the art, the location, the kitchen which is a foodies paradise. Most of all Leila is lovely and out me at ease as soon as I met her. I cannot recommend this place enough. If only I had not booked elsewhere for my return to LA later in the month, I would go straight back here!

I really enjoyed staying at Leila's place. Beautiful and clean bed room and living room. Just one street to Boardwalk of Venice Beach. Relaxed at the balcony drinking beer at night or coffee in the morning, with the view of the beach feeling the good cool wind. The place was so close to one of the most popular spot in Venice beach, that I could enjoy watching many people walking to and from beach beneath the balcony. Leila made me coffee, green drink and also "Dirty Tea", in the morning. She let me use her bicycle, so I could enjoy a bike at and even after sunset as long as I like. I borrowed a body board and enjoyed bodyboarding at good waves of Venice Beach. About parking she kindly told me how to find a free street parking space near there in 5-10 minutes walk. Leila was so cheerful and so kind. I was happy to talk with her. Staying there was so comfortable. I hope I could be back and stay there and see her again!

Leila is amazing! She is a fantastic host. Very friendly, kind, welcoming, & helpful in any ways you might need. She made this amaaazing green drink/smoothie & coffee for me every morning which I loved! In addition, the location of her place is perfect...only a few steps from the beach & walking distance to Abbot Kenny & lots of other great spots. Other than a little street noise on occasion from the lively night scene, this place was great. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything, Leila!!

Blew away my expectations. She was the best hostess I have stayed with on my travels. I extended my stay and she was very accommodating. A block off the boardwalk. I highly suggest reaching out to her. Amazing all the way around

Leila is probably the best host I ever had in Airbnb! Her apartment is lovely, with the best location in Venice Beach and LA. I was supposed to stay for 3 days and eventually stayed for 3 weeks. Leila is an amazing person, who I was honored to meet. I highly recommend staying at her place!!!
