[ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ] Emi JH: Thank you Matt for your message :) First of all I am very sorry about the situation which happaned and that it affected your stay. Building administration is responsible for all the renovations and unfortunately they gave me a plan of scheduled works after they began. I was as surprised as you and unable to inform you about it before you arrived, because I simply didn’t know that they would start without a notice, especially that the wall of the building where your apartment is, was meant to be worked on in late October.
I always want my guests to feel welcomed and comfortable in my apartments, because I care about them strongly. As soon as I got the information, I started to inform all my present and future guests, offering a relocation if needed, wanting to ensure they will have a pleasant stay. Its a pity that you didn’t let me know that you’re having issues with the accommodation, because I am certain that I could have offered you a different apartment in no time. Not having a sign from my guests is always a signal for me that they are having nothing but a wonderful time. I am sad about what happaned, but hope that despite the situation (bad surprise for us both) you collected some good memories from Kraków and will return one day :)
