The venue is family friendly. A Pack and Play is available upon request for infants and toddlers. Denise has another Airbnb apartment that accommodates 7. Check in time 3 p.m. Central Time. Check out time 11:00 a.m. Guests will have access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment which is 1,276 sq. ft. with living room and eat-in kitchen. There will be at least two parking spaces designated for guests. A guest parking pass will be provided to be placed inside the guest's vehicle. Host will provide key.
Interaction with guests
Host will be available via phone during their stay and may be available to greet them.

-Principal renter must be at least 21 years old.
-Cleaning fee: $85. Security Deposit: $100.
-$25 per day per person for extra guests over 6. Maximum number of guests is 8.
-In Nashville a host is required to collect Hotel Occupancy Tax of 6% plus $2.50 per night & state & local sales tax of 9.25% of the rental fees. These taxes will be added as a percentage of the base rate & cleaning fee & will be calculated and disclosed to guest before booking is confirmed. For example, the taxes on one night at the base rate of $200 would be $34 and the taxes on the cleaning fee would be $13. So one night would be $332 (which is $234 base rate including taxes plus $98 cleaning fee including taxes) and the second and subsequent nights would be $234 including taxes. The taxes are in addition to the fee charged by Airbnb.
