Unique top floor one bedroom Nob Hill apartment. Large private rooftop patio, accessible from kitchen and bedroom with epic 180 views towards Bay Bridge and Coit Tower.
Welcome to San Francisco and our wonderful home.
We are Ming, former management consultant/ now in fintech (and working on a skincare business on the side); Daniel, former investment banker/ now working in videogames (and aspiring chef)
Our home has wonderful amenities:
Wonderful kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove. If there is a spice, or kitchen gadget we probably have it. yes, we love to cook!
Our big (by SF standards) living room is decked out with an oriental rug, modern sofa, teak dining room table as well as art from local artists, and artifacts from our travels. You can watch Netflix/HBO/Hulu on our 100 inch projector screen. You control our lights with an app (download Hue). And if you want to play music download the Sonos App.
We have a private deck with amazing views of Fidi/ Bay Bridge/Coit tower/North Beach. It really does make you say “Daaaammmmnnn” the first time you step outside.
It is a one bedroom – which looks out over the deck. There is a ton of light. Too much? If that is possible :)
Bathroom is fairly standard.
Collectively we have lived in San Francisco for over 10 years, and will happily share our favorite breakfast spots, bars, venues, and more with you!
Our home is walking distance to Union Square, Chinatown, North Beach. And the rest of SF is a short Uber ride away.
We are near great bars, fantastic dining, and a few great parks as well.
We really look forward to having you in our home.

I like long walks on the beach and puppies. Strangely, I do not like long walks on the beach with puppies. I heart short, medium temp showers. I often wonder whether people are friends with me because they like me and respect me or is it because I am related to someone who once touched Ryan Gosling. I think of money in terms of "caramel macchiato" units. As in, this sandwich costs two and a half caramel macchiatos.
[edit: someone informed me the above was high on quirk, low on substance]
Seattle native, but moved to SF via Boston three years ago. (via D.C and L.A. before that). I'm staying. Interests? Cooking, cycling, sucking at tennis, and photography are a few of things that keep me busy. I bought a guitar a few months ago on a whim to see if I could teach myself to play - much harder than anticipated.
