Your accommodation is private with separate access but adjoins others - your consideration for your close neighbours is a must.

Sleeps 2 people only - self-contained apartment – you are responsible for your own meals, there is no daily cleaning service and you are expected to leave the unit in a similar condition as upon your arrival.
Laundry surcharge - $20 cash if you use the bedsettee.
Check-in time – is between 2pm to 6pm, unless arranged differently at the time of booking.
Check-out time – is before 10am, unless arranged differently at the time of booking.
Parking – for 1 car only under half the carport, in front of the “My Guest Parking" sign.
If you have visitors they must park considerately on the road and clear of the driveways.
Visitors – 2 adults may visit with you for maximum of 3hrs per day between the hours of 10am and 9pm only.
Children – NO person under the age of 18yrs is allowed in or on the property.
Noise/Consideration - Guests are expected to be courteous to neighbours and to keep any noise to acceptable levels for the downstairs/adjoining apartments.
Dishwasher and washing machine can be used between 8.30am and 7pm.
All loud noise is banned between 9pm-8am overnight.
Parties/events of any description – are not allowed inside or on the property, unless it is just the 2 paying guests.
Pets of any description – are not allowed inside or on the property.
Smoking – is NOT allowed inside or outside the apartment.
Illegal activities – will result in police notification and immediate eviction.
Visitor deviations - prior permission may be sought from the Host e.g. for a bbq/special dinner, etc.
BBQ – only use if you are experienced - you must clean after each use, apply fresh coat of cooking oil for protection and replace the rain-cover securely. BBQ gear is in the bottom drawer by the kitchen oven.
Cleaning – please clean any messes as they occur and leave the apartment reasonably tidy and intact. The Host will do the final clean, changing beds, vacuuming, rubbish, etc after you leave.
Ceramic Cook Top - only clean with a soft cloth and non-abrasive lotion to avoid damage.
Dishes – need to be washed, dried and put away before you leave - thank you.
Damages or Faults – please report these immediately so that we can arrange repair or replacement.
Complimentary items upon arrival only - dishwash detergent/powder, washing machine powder, toilet paper, bodywash, hand soap, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels.
Conserving Resources - there are low-energy light bulbs installed and it is appreciated when you turn off electrical items when they are not required or you are leaving the apartment.
Doors/ranchsliders – must be shut, bolted and key locked before you leave the apartment.
Please also ensure the front door is pulled fully closed when you exit.
Keypad front door to apartment – a 4 digit number will be given on the day of arrival.
Shoes if dirty or wet – please leave either outside the front door or inside on the tiled entry floor.
Locked Storage Cupboards/Doors – being the kitchen walk-in pantry, top cupboards over microwave, dining room cupboards, the entrance coat cupboard and the hallway door to my studio/office are locked and not for your use - please respect this.
Rubbish – there is a large black bin on the deck - turn right out the dining room door.
(For Guests staying longer than 1 week – please put the rubbish bags out on Thursday nights)
Recycling – there is a large green bin on the side deck by the driveway for your optional use ...
(For Guests staying longer than 2 weeks – please put out on Thursday morning fortnightly)
Plastic Type 1 – soft drink and water bottles, salad domes, biscuit trays, salad dressing and peanut butter containers.
Plastic Type 2 – milk bottles, ice cream containers, juice bottles, shampoo chemical and detergent bottles, buckets.
Paper and cardboard – newspapers, junk mail, etc.
Tin cans – food tins (please rinse to discourage ants, etc), aluminium cans – beer, soft drinks.
Glass – wine/beer bottles, jars (not broken).
Showering - please open the window and switch the extractor fan on before getting into the shower. The ‘squeegee' is in the shower for removing water droplets from the glass panels. Please remember to switch the fan off as you leave the bathroom (it is not on a timer).
Suitcases – are okay placed on the bedroom chest when it is covered with a blanket, as provided.
All wet clothes/washing - must be hung and dried outside the apartment.
Lines under the veranda in front of the dining room and another on the driveway side deck.
Windows – are okay left open slightly for ventilation as they do have security stays.
Fresh Air – please open bedroom windows daily to remove condensation.
Windy days – the living area windows/doors are best shut tight to avoid dust and damage.
