Be our guest in our brand new, 2-floor attic apartment that is situated in one of the prime residential neighborhoods in Toronto. Our mission is to provide you with a comfortable, clean, relaxing environment that represents Toronto, Canada - which is beautiful, cultured and welcoming!
This is a private 1 bedroom apartment located in a four-plex residential home with a large private cedar balcony.
1st floor contains your own private kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, dishware, pots, pans and cooking utensils for basic cooking needs. Guests are provided with coffee, an assortment of Bigelow teas, Brita water filter jug as well as bottled water.
2nd floor contains an open concept dining room and living room with a pullout couch bed, a 3-piece bathroom with a glass enclosed walk-in shower and heated towel rack for our guests to feel extra warm during their time here. The bedroom is also located on this floor as well as the private walkout cedar balcony.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
The apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. There is 1 enclosed bedroom (with door lock) that contains a Queen size bed as well as a Queen-size pullout couch in the living room nook. Clean linens and towels are provided as well as organic, hypo-allergenic sleeping pillows, and animal cruelty-free synthetic down-filled duvet cover and blankets. The bedroom also contains a large closet for your clothing and suitcase storage.

Guests have access to the entire listed apartment unit, private balcony and backyard. There are tenants living in the other apartments, so we ask that you refrain from using the communal lobby other than for entry and exit purposes.
*There is a laundry room in the basement with a coin-operated washer and dryer ($2.00 CDN per load). You are welcome to use this at your own expense.

We are only a phone call, or email away if you require any immediate assistance.
Because this is a residential property, there are tenants in the building we don't want to disrupt. Please be mindful of noise levels in the hallways and any other communal areas.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment or anywhere in the building as well as common areas such as the front entrance porch.
We ask that you please not wear shoes inside to avoid scratching the brand new hardwood floors in the apartment.
