The host was never there. Though it is listed as a share rental by Airbnb, it is clearly just an income property, with minimal amenities. It has a double bed, better for a single guest rather than a couple. The bed sagged a bit on one side, the sheets were old and the fitted sheet kept coming loose. There is an extremely uncomfortable chair in the bedroom. The other rooms are nice, but there was no tv in the house. There was no soap in the shower, though we were able to use the liquid hand soap provided at the sink. The fridge ice maker and water dispenser doesn't work. On the positive side, we had complete privacy, the neighborhood was fine and convenient to the University, and it was inexpensive. I would not stay there again.

I felt very welcomed. The neighborhood is very quiet. I like quiet and seclusion. The amenties were on fleek. Teresa is a gracious host, and I love staying at her home.

Teresa made me feel right at home. She understood I was not from the area and even directed me to Walmart, by drawing me a map. She is an excellent host, warm and very friendly.

Lovely room. Lovely area. Lovely host. Very quiet and homey feeling. The dust is thick, but other than that the stay was wonderful.

My hosts daughter was very flexible in meeting me, even though I was running late and didn't have very much time to communicate. She was very accommodating to me, showed me around the house and helped me settle in. I enjoyed talking with her. There were no other guests, I had the house to myself. It was very spacious and gave me room to unwind, relax, spread out things to work. It was very close to the University of Arkansas and was convenient and close to downtown where I was attending a Play Therapy Training. The wifi worked well which helped me get catch up on business at night. The house stayed at a comfortable temperature on incredibly hot days. I enjoyed having access to a full size fridge. Though I didn't cook, I could have. It's a house and a neighborhood that remind me of my childhood home. It is a quiet neighborhood and there was really no traffic noise even though it is quite close to a major thoroughfare. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Good value. Safe good quiet place to stay. I woke to birds singing every morning. You can't beat that!
