Perfect location! Eastern Promenade section of Portland, Maine. This 1880 vintage New England Cape, in the heart of Munjoy Hill, provides cozy accommodations, a beautiful fenced yard and views of Casco Bay. The Prom offers trails, tennis, playground, ball fields, boat launch, beach, kayak /paddle board rentals, neighbourhood coffee shop, restaurants, and theater. A short walk/bus to the bustling Old Port area and downtown with boat rides, micro-breweries, fine food and live entertainment.
