I stayed at Susans apartment for a week, during a seminar I attended at the Norwegian Seamen's Church, and found it absolutely ideal. The location is perfect if you're interested in getting around both at upper and lower Manhattan. Susan was very nice, and gave a lot of good tips for bars, restaurant and activities. She also bought in coffee and breakfast for me, which I really appreciated. The apartment is quiet, especially the bedroom which is towards the courtyard. It's equipped with everything you need: wifi, chargers, TV, coffee machine and other kitchen stuff. This appartment's got my highest recommendation.

Cute apartment and centrally located for our business needs. Susan was amazing and went above and beyond to coordinate this reservation for our employee. Thanks Susan!

I spent two weeks in NYC, attending a work related training. Susan's place was ideal for me, close to everything important, comfortable and relatively calm (to NY standards it is definitely calm, I live in a forrest with zero noise and I had no troubles sleeping). The apartment has an old world charm that makes you feel at home, and has everything that I needed (wifi, basic kitchen, iron, hair dryer etc.). Susan is a great host, she answered all my questions, provided tips for the area and was always available when I needed something.

We have had such a lovely time staying in Susan's cute apartment. It is in the best location too. Susan was the perfect hostess, so thoughtful & kind, we were lucky to meet her & be able to stay there! If we manage to get back to NYC next year we would love to stay there again...thank you so much Susan!

I'm really easy going and would share lots of information about the neighborhood. I go back and forth between Manhattan and upstate New York (Beacon) with my partner John. I'm a Social Worker and work with the elderly. I love photography and art among other things. I love to NYC. I'm a volunteer with hospice. I'm looking for peaceful arrangements and my home has a lovely energy.
