We are fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful spots in the world, Boulder, CO USA. Our home is located within walking distance of the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and the Boulder Mountain Parks. We both enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and bicycling. We have made many trips to Europe in the past 20 years, spending most of our time hiking in the Alps and the northern Italian Dolomites. We also camp in the United States, visiting national parks and monuments with our Jayco camper. We visit Breckenridge a number of times each year, both summer and winter, and love the Western small-town feeling and the many trails in the area.
I retired in 2007 from EMC Corporation, where I was a Systems Engineering Manager and Technical Business Consultant. My wife Judy is retired from her career as a special education teacher with the Boulder Valley School District. We both volunteer as snowshoe instructors in Rocky Mountain National Park.
