This little studio was a great home base for our New Paltz vacation. Walking distance to town, tons of natural light. The kitchenette had enough space to make breakfast. And the TV with chromecast meant we could watch Netflix from our phones. The studio could use a fresh coat of paint, but otherwise it was clean and neat. Brandon was flexible with our checkin/out times, and was very responsive to any questions we had. I'd totally stay here again!

Booking with Brendan was easy and communication prompt. The studio is lovely, with great windows for watching nature and the stars. It is within walking distance of main street New Paltz, which has second hand record stores, antiques and some wonderful restaurants that serve local beers. The studio is situated in Old Huguenot Street, which as a genealogist, I found fascinating.

A lovely place to stay with a funky, artsy feel. I loved listening to the sounds of nature at night so if it's not too hot I recommend keeping the windows open!

Great place in a great location, very private and quiet. Nicely furnished and updated. Studio had all the amenities needed for a great weekend get away. Walking distance to town with a lot of restaurants and cafes. Brendan met us when we arrived and was available, via message to answer any questions we had.

Brendan was responsive and flexible throughout our stay. The apartment was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It was dusty, the bathroom was dirty and the towels had an unpleasant smell. We had to clean ourselves before we could use the space. The apartment is being used as storage and it looks messy.
